Important: Items purchased during the Black Friday sale are not eligible for refunds. However, we have extended our exchange and store credit policy to a 60-day window.

• Standard-size orders can be exchanged for a different size or an alternative product.
• Made-to-measure and customized orders are eligible for alterations only.

• Returns are inspected within 72 hours, and exchange orders are processed accordingly.
• Refunds will be processed within 7 business days and may take up to 10 working days to reflect in your account.

Return Exclusions & Condition Criteria

• Personalized or customized products cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Gift cards are final sale and non-refundable.
• Items must be in unused, undamaged, and resellable condition with the packing slip.
• Shoes must be returned without scratches on the sole or upper material.

If you receive an incorrect or defective product, please contact us within 2 working days.

Return Shipping & Alteration Charges

• Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.
• For custom orders, our team reviews measurements and may suggest adjustments. If you opt for original measurements and face fitting issues, a minimal alteration fee may apply.

Custom Orders: Returns & Alterations

We aim to deliver the perfect custom jacket on the first attempt. If the fit is not satisfactory, we offer the first alteration free of charge.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations are accepted within 2 days of placing your order.
• Once an order is dispatched or under customs clearance, cancellation is no longer possible.
• Time-sensitive orders cannot be canceled after placement.
